What it takes to book
Four things, and most teams get through them in a day. You can look at availability any time — none of this is needed just to see what is open.
Log in and open your dashboard
Your teams are listed under Teams you run. No account yet? Create one on the login page — it takes a minute.
Go to the portal →Send us your certificate of insurance
On your team, tap Upload new certificate and pick the PDF or a photo of it. Anything under 4.5 MB is fine. We cannot take a team booking without a current one — it is the only hard requirement.
Get your roster signed
Tap Roster & waivers, then Copy next to the roster link and send that link to your families. Each family adds their own player and signs the waiver in the same go, so you never need their details. Coaches you add yourself, with a name and an email — they are adults on the roster and need a waiver too.
We approve it, then you book
We check the certificate — usually the same day — and you get an email when it is approved. After that, Book a team rental sits at the top of your dashboard: choose how long, pick a day, and you are done.
